Hello again

Well, today I was able to go out and apply for 3 more jobs.
I also made it to Social Services(DHR) to apply for assistance.
The woman I spoke to was very kind and gave me a form to
have a prospective land lord fill out. From there I will be
returning on Monday to see someone about getting financing and
getting into a place before we have to leave the camp site on Tuesday.

I am keeping my fingers crossed. I have been searching for a place
to stay tonight and the only thing I see that we MIGHT be able to have
the dog at AND be close to the old neighborhood is the trailer park.
The kids don't like the idea because they do not want to have to cross a
busy street to get to the neighborhood, BUT there is a traffic light they
can cross with that will make it safer.....

My thoughts and prayers continue.
I know that my HP has a plan and as long as I keep my options open
and continue to do MY part in finding work and lodging, my HP will
take care of the rest.....it is all I can do, I can not control outcomes,
I can only put forth the effort.....

My son and I did go looking for a place yesterday.
I think we found somewhere, they did not seemed bothered by my poor credit,
my house that is in foreclosure or the dog we brought with us....
It is close to the old neighborhood but more than I was told to look for spending.
I will see if it is do-able tomorrow when I go back in to Social Services....
It is being fixed up currently to rent and my not be available until Thursday
That will mean moving our stuff and tent or maybe Social services will put us up
someplace. I don't mind moving things, as the camp grounds put a tentative
reservation in for me at the site right next to where we are. Should be a fairly easy move....
We will see.

I fear saying too much as I may jinx myself,
yes I know how foolish that sounds, but I can't help it....
Just how and who I am
I know the results are in the hands of my HP,
I know that I am only responsible for the effort,
not the outcome.......
I have not taken my meds since leaving Alabama
and I feel pretty good. Reflux one time in over a week....
I will check my blood pressure the next time we go to a store with a machine....
All in all, Life is treating us pretty well.
We had dinner at my brothers and got to watch a movie while there....
It was a relaxing night.....

One Day, One Hour, One Minute at a time
Maybe that should be the name of my book
You guys really did get me thinking about that one.....
