Please instruct me what to click on to get the instructions to join the contact list.
I am in the middle of two drinking/drugging situations, now, and really need support, now and for the future.
I'm new to this site, and just updated my profile..
(I managed to find that, too... lol.)
No wonder drugs were all around me and I was clueless.
I can't even navigate this site to get myself help!
Anything to get me going would be greatly appreciated.
