A Sister

Post by jeanette » Sat Nov 05, 2016 12:37 pm

A wonderful woman of recovery entered my life 9 years ago. She had incredible insight, love, and happiness. She attended so many conventions, and had a wonderful way of lighting up a room. Zoe is a wonderful woman who will always be in my memory.

It is an incredible reminder that every minute is to be savored.

Dearest Jeanette,

I am sorry to hear this news. I only met Zoe once, but I saw her many times at the Philly Nar-Anon Conventions. She had boundless energy and a big smile. Zoe was wonderful example of recovery in action--living it daily.

(((hugs)))

I too was one of the lucky ones who got to meet and chat with Zoe at a
convention in San Diego many years ago. At the time she was probably a
very young 84 or 85 years old. It was an experience I will never forget.
She was such an inspiration.

With love,
