Rehab by Amy Winehouse came out when I was dealing with my husband's addiction. I hated it then, but now I look at it as insight to mentality of an addict. The Johnny Cash version of Hurt too. Carry On by Fun was a song I listened to a lot after he died.
Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift, that's why it's called the present.

She Talks to Angels/Black Crows. Before my AD died this became our song. It did get her cleaned up for a while. Every time we were together I would play it and we would both cry. the first time I heard it was at concert in Billings MT.

The needle and the damage done by Neil Young ...this song makes me very sad but tells a good story.

The times they are a changin by Bob Dylan ...this song makes me think of all the changes that addiction has caused.

I listed to a lot of meditation music lately....helps bring me peace :)

Make you feel my Love. Original was by Bob Dylan but I like other versions better. I would sing it to my daughter.

I’d go hungry
I’d go black and blue
I’d crawl down the avenue
No there’s nothing I wouldn’t do
To make you feel my Love

There was a time I’d do anything, anything to make her well. I thought my Love could stop her destruction. The song still brings me to tears when I hear it
