With the understanding that addiction is a disease and the realization that we are powerless over it as well as over people's lives, we are ready to do something useful and constructive with our own.

"NO" is a complete sentence. "NO" means NO and may be a simple word (two year old toddlers love the word NO)...but it is harder to live.
Gentle by firm reinforcement takes time and energy--but it is worth the investment.
Let's talk tonight about what inhibits our ability tomsay NO to our ALOs.
